Role Advancement Booklet

This Role Advancement Module serves as a very simple structured format in alignment with organizational mission, values, and community impact. The form is designed to encourage intentional progression -- role advancement within the program or across related opportunities. Purpose: To capture intern affirmation and acknowledgement of structured advancement or reassignment into leadership, research, coordination, or creative roles—based on demonstrated initiative, commitment, and clarity of purpose throughout completion of the onboarding stage/process.
