Position Overview:
Prepares illustrations and manuscript materials for professional publication. Supports formatting, organization, and delivery of files to publishers or clients, especially in children’s books and visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize files by size, type, and resolution (CMYK, RGB, etc.)
• Use naming conventions and folder systems for delivery
• Format and prepare manuscripts for submission
• Create preview decks, mockups, or pitch packets
Preferred Skills:
• Eye for layout and formatting
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Canva, or Google Drive
