Asynchronous Start Strong Session

The Asynchronous Start Strong Session introduces interns to the structure, philosophy, and expectations of the Heart Spark Internship. It emphasizes reflective leadership, community-based innovation, and cross-disciplinary collaboration in a flexible, virtual environment. Interns are guided through: Program values and structure Role-specific expectations and sample project types The weekly rhythm built around the CLEAR Goal framework Digital check-ins and reflection practices Confidentiality and innovation protection standards Vision sharing and values-based leadership A structured goal-setting workshop with CLEAR Goal examples Peer review processes for both intern work and future cohort applications This session equips interns with the mindset, tools, and clarity to contribute meaningfully and grow intentionally throughout their internship experience.
