Weekly Intern Group Meeting

Purpose: To teach interns how to actively contribute to and enhance the collective experience of the Weekly Intern Group Meetings by fostering respectful dialogue, shared learning, and co-leadership. Key Elements: * Foundations & Structure: Understand purpose, format, and flow of meetings. * Etiquette & Dynamics: Practice punctuality, active listening, and inclusive communication. * Meaningful Participation: Contribute agenda items, amplify peer voices, share takeaways. * Reflection & Feedback: Use reflection tools and post-meeting forms to improve meetings. * Psychological Safety: Build respectful dialogue, affirm contributions, uphold inclusion. Growth Indicators: * Attendance, engagement, peer feedback, idea contribution, co-leadership.
