The Heart Spark Cohort Internship Program integrates thirty distinct intern roles into a collaborative, mission-driven ecosystem. Interns from diverse domains—such as research, education, technology, advocacy, and communications—co-lead projects that mirror real-world innovation. Guided by the CLEAR framework, they design tools, build systems, produce content, and generate insights together. This model fosters peer learning, systems thinking, and shared leadership, preparing interns to thrive in interdisciplinary teams and to create meaningful, lasting impact across healthcare, research, and digital engagement.
