Nonprofit Volunteer Application Liaison Intern Certification

This short essential training will take you about 2 hours to complete and prepares you to serve as a Volunteer Application Liaison Intern. In this role, you will act as a bridge between prospective applicants and the leadership team—providing clarity and application process support. Through these online modules, you will learn about communication, equity, application flow, and accountability. The program includes a reflection activity and acknowledgment form confirming your intent to begin the dual certification path. This does not yet certify you as a Nonprofit Volunteer Application Reviewer intern. Rather, it begins your transition into deeper training, while giving you access to applicant-facing materials and prior application cycles.
